Our Shipping Policy

Our goal is to fulfill all orders within 24 hours. However, multi-unit and large items may require additional time for preparation and packaging.

We process shipments Monday through Friday and do not operate on weekends or holidays. The delivery dates provided on our product pages and tracking updates are estimated timelines for guidance only.

Actual delivery time depends on your location and how quickly the shipping company can process your order. We appreciate your patience.

Product Damage

Upon delivery of your order, carefully inspect all packaging and contents for any damage, missing items, or incorrect parts. While our warehouse takes every precaution to avoid shipping issues, damage can sometimes occur unexpectedly. If you discover damaged parts, notify us immediately to avoid being billed for return shipping costs.

Note: We cannot be held liable for any damaged, lost, or incorrect items reported after 60 business days, regardless of fault. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Such cases must be reported directly to the shipping carrier for resolution. For further details, refer to the "Risk of Loss" section below.

Package Tracking

You should receive logistics tracking updates within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If the information has not yet appeared, you may contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Is it possible to change the delivery address during transit?

We do not support address changes during the shipping process. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

Assumption of Loss Risk

All products bought from our online store are shipped under our FOB (Free On Board) shipping terms. This indicates that ownership and the risk of damage or loss transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of the goods at the shipping point. If your order does not arrive within two full days after the carrier's estimated delivery date, please notify us right away. Any claims must be submitted within thirty 30 days of the shipment date to be considered. While we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen, we will gladly help you file a claim with the shipping provider.

During holidays, our shipping center will be closed, but operations will resume immediately on the next business day. While peak seasons may cause slight delays, we'll proactively communicate updates and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Our dedicated team works hard to maintain smooth operations, but unexpected staffing shortages can sometimes cause minor setbacks. Rest assured, we'll address any issues quickly to uphold our high service standards.

We sincerely appreciate your patience if any unforeseen delays arise. Note that certain items may ship directly from the manufacturer, extending delivery times to 3-6 weeks, We will inform you in advance. Regardless, we'll leverage all available resources to get your performance parts to you without unnecessary delay.
