About Our Warranty Policy
We offer a 12-month limited warranty for defective products, effective from the date of receipt by the original purchaser or installer.
If you follow us on Facebook and TikTok, this warranty period will be extended to two years.
Your sole remedy for any product defects or malfunctions is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To qualify for warranty service, please follow the manufacturer's requirements. We do not provide any additional warranties, whether express or implied, for products covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Which products are not covered by the warranty?
In the following situations, you will not be eligible for warranty coverage:

- •Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters);
- •Damage from accidents, collisions, or faulty third-party components;
The warranty will be void for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper repair, unauthorized modification, or improper maintenance.
