We offer a 30-day free return policy, extended to 60 days for Gold members and above.
Will the customer be responsible for the cost of return shipping?
MITZONE should cover the shipping costs:
- -Product quality issues
- -Incorrect items are shipped
- -Description does not match
- -Part doesn't work
- -Part missing from order
- -Part was damanged during shipping
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs as below:
- -Returns due to dislike
- -Incorrect purchase
- -No quality issues usually require the buyer to cover the shipping costs.
- -Part no longer needed
Note:That our store also sells second-hand products. Once second-hand products have been received and unpacked, returns will no longer be accepted.
What are the steps to return?
Method:
- 1. Click “Order History” to enter the order interface.
- 2. Find the corresponding order and click the “Return/Exchange” option below the order.
- 3. Choose whether you want to exchange or return the item, and fill in the reason. It is best to provide photos to speed up our review.

Do I need to cover the cost of return shipping?
We will only refund shipping costs if we have made a shipping error or the product is defective. If the return is due to customer reasons (such as change of mind or order error), no refund will be given and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Could you please provide an update on when I will receive my refund or replacement?
After we receive and verify the returned product, we will either ship the replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. The delivery time of the replacement or the processing of the refund depends on the shipping carrier or payment platform.
Note 1: Prior to returning the item, kindly confirm that your return request has been approved
Note 2:For replacements: If the replacement differs from the original order, we will discuss the details with you before shipping.
For refunds: The refund amount will be based on the actual order price and will not include additional costs, such as installation fees.Note 3:When an order with add-on items is canceled before shipping, the customer gets a refund for both the primary items and the add-ons. For returns, the original items and add-ons must be sent back together—unless the customer pays the full standard price (not the add-on discount) listed on our site to keep the add-ons.
When your order arrives, please inspect all packages immediately for any missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Should you find anything missing, damaged, or incorrect, get in touch with our Customer Service Team right away for support. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts reported more than 30 days (Gold members and above are 60 days) after delivery, irrespective of which party is at fault. Additionally, MITZONE is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen; all such claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
